The photos are gorgeous as always & I'm at a loss to pick which one of these dishes I like the most! So much good stuff here...the seafood canelloni sounds amazing but so does the linguine vongole (I'm a white sauce person myself, sounds so good for the fall!). Thanks again for getting me dreaming about what to try next :)

Paula and Tuula - Thanks for your comments and your faithful following. It is much appreciated. I, of course, like them all but would be most likely to try the one from Sardinia with the funny name (I had to check my spelling of it at least 5 times, and it still may be wrong)!
