Pasta Cinta Senese (Pork Ragu from Sienese Pork)
Now that you've stuffed yourself on Nutella for yesterday's Nutella celebration, Italy on a Plate has 10 other great Italian recipes for you to try. There's no Nutella recipe (I'll add Monday's roundup of recipe links to next week's post), but there are ricotta bread, plenty of pasta dishes, sea bass baked in salt, veal scaloppine, a dessert and a Carnival treat that, believe it or not, isn't fried. Eating Italy is packed with links to fabulous food and wine posts. As fall is the season for the harvest, these winter months are the season for Carnival treats and pork. This is the third week in a row where I've included Carnival treats and curing pork. Enjoy and Buon Appetito!

I made a fundamental mistake of opening this post at lunchtime - ahh, it all sounds so wonderful! I need another hour or so to go through all of the delicious recipes, but the orange & rosemary cake really has my imagination going...think it could be fairly easy to replicate here - thanks for another fantastic week!
