1) I drink limoncello AND grappa. I probably turned off a lot of Italian men because of that. Oh well...
2) Are you going to post a recipe for that Melanzane alla Parmigiana? Love the crispy top.

WOW!!! Such fantastic dishes you ate. :-) I spent so much time in Naples trying to un-lost myself that the only food I got was gelato. But it was heavenly!! :-) Next time I'm eating my way through town. :-)

Paula - Steve's rules were very tongue in cheek, and he's American, so you're probably safe. Yes, I will post a recipe soon (waiting for Eggplant season in CA) and also plan to recreate all I ate from this trip in 2011.
