Italy on a Plate - The Week in Italian Food: July 31, 2011

Welcome to this week's Italy on a Plate. Recipes this week include a lot of seafood dishes and then there is a summer garden meal, a raspberry drink suggested by Artusi and appetizers of fried mozzarella, possibly to go with it. Now I usually like to keep my savory food out of my sweets, but I couldn't resist adding the recipe for zucchini ice cream?! Mmm, seafood and pasta are so marvelous together! A dear friend made a fabulous one this week with tuna, anchovies and all sorts of seafood. Delish!! :-)
