Thanks for bringing back my fondest memories. I loved my morning walks in Jardin du Luxembourg while traveling in Paris years ago. Regret not having picnic though.

I love Jardin du Luxembourg! And I think it's great we both wrote about parks in Paris... It really is the perfect city for a picnic!


Oh, this is my favorite park in Paris!! I love it so much and can sit or eat or wander or snooze in the sun or chat with a friend and never get tired of it. :-) Beautiful photos. :-)


I absolutely love this park. I took daughter there when she was a baby and we got to sit on the special grass! As always, lovely pics and great info. I miss France!


I love "the parc des Buttes Chaumont" you really feel somewhere else. Bring your picnic basket and don't forget your red wine and 2 glasses. Waterfall, lake, suspension bridge ... Metro Buttes Chaumont or Botzaris - Line 7 bis.
