Italy on a Plate - The Week in Italian Food: Dec 4, 2011

I'm back again with this week's roundup of Italian food from around the web. My picks for the Top 10 recipes this week include a Christmas cookie recipe and shellfish made in similar ways, but the mussels have a Sicilian attitude and oysters a Pugliese one. Two risotto dishes, one with beer and the other comes out of a restaurant kitchen in Rome. There's also carpaccio and a beautiful story about childhood food and family memories.
