I'm back again with this week's roundup of Italian food from around the web. My picks for the Top 10 recipes this week include a Christmas cookie recipe and shellfish made in similar ways, but the mussels have a Sicilian attitude and oysters a Pugliese one. Two risotto dishes, one with beer and the other comes out of a restaurant kitchen in Rome. There's also carpaccio and a beautiful story about childhood food and family memories. In Eating Italy, links help you eat your way through Rome, Naples, Florence and Norcia. Enjoy and Buon Appetito!

Eating my way through Italy would be so nice. I wish that I could have done it in the past when I was much younger.
