Spring is here and this week's Italian food roundup certainly reflects the light and fresh flavors of the season. There are spring risotto dishes, pasta with pistacchio pesto from Sicily, stuffed artichokes, and sea bass from Napoli. I found two uniquely shaped pastas and the recipes to make them. Both come from different places in Italy, one from Sardinia and the other from Piacenza, but look exactly alike. They have different names and different fillings. In Eating Italy there's chocolate egg making in Perugia! That's not all; there are sweets in Rome, a culinary journey in Sicily, food in Florence, Verona and the Lunigiana, the World Pesto Championship in Genova, hiking and wine tasting in Chianti and more. Enjoy & Buon Appetito!

I thought spring was here and then the storm that arrived Friday night erased those thoughts. However, the Farmers' Market speaks of spring. Love all the photos. Thank you!
