Another week in Italian food and another Italian holiday, and food is at the forefront. Tomorrow is St. Joseph's day in Italy, and fried sweets are involved, and included in today's recipe links. Along with sfinciuni, recipes this week include two tart tarts, one lime and one limoncelo along with pasta from Sicily, a Neapolitan Sunday ragu, sformati and an interview with Frances Mayes of "Under the Tuscan Sun" fame and more. Eating Italy takes us to sweet spots in Rome, the Emilia-Romagna for some culatello, a funny story about making gnocchi and a loving one about the Italian language and food. Enjoy and Buon Appetito!
