I laughed out loud when you talked about everything stopping when you made your faus pax! Hysterical! Me, I've always preferred Italian sweets, finding them less sweet than French. In fact, my wedding cake was tiramisu!

I hope I have you're okay with the fact that I printed out this entry for my Italian class since just yesterday (literally) we started a chapter on food and a lively discussion broke out regarding ... TIRAMISU! I couldn't resist sharing. Also can't wait to make and eat some!

Paula--I don't mind at all, and thank you for sharing. I would love to hear how your tiramisu comes out (or anyone else's from your class).

This looks like a most delicious specimen of Tiramisu. And I laughed out loud when you mentioned the Italian vs. French thing--it's so true! Both ways I think!

I like the part about your cousin Salvatore not liking desserts. I bet he can't wait for your next visit. I have been hooked on tiramisu since my first bite. Salvatore is now hooked forever.
