Oh, lovely! I'm dreaming of a V-day splurge at La Pergola in Rome...think it would be heavenly :) Had a look back at your flour-less Nutella cake this morning & made a promise to my boyfriend to give it a try...don't know if I can make it look as wonderful as yours, looks professionally done, oh!

A very happy V-day to you from France!!

Chocolate festival in Turin .... *sigh* ... I will be there in my dreams .... Ahhhhhhh

Tuula - I think a La Pergola V-day splurge would be perfect. Thank you for the sweet comment. It just takes a little more care to get things just right, and maybe just a hint of OCD (my friends say this...I don't agree), but the cake is a lot easier to make as a 9-inch round (20 or 22 cm), and you have no wasted pieces of cake from the cutouts. I have "elves" who eat up those pieces of cake though. Let me know how it turns out.

Paula - You know I will be going to that festival, along with another chocolate festival in Tuscany (just added to my itinerary), so you'll also be there vicariously through me. I promise to post many photos of chocolate.

healthy cooking

Another delightful Nutella dessert. This cake just melts in your mouth.
