This is a nice array of dishes. Love it!

Paolo @ Quatro Fromaggio

Thanks for mentioning my "Aperitivo" article among all of these great resources. I'm really honored.

Christy @ Ordinary Traveler

Thanks so much for including our post about the Bar Di Turrisi in Castelmola. Have you been there?

Thank you so much for linking me! I love what you're doing.

I'm looking at the straccetti e rucola and thinking - I can do that! I'd never heard of it, but it's apparently a northern dish. Which link is that particular one from?
All of them look good!

Tuula

I love the La "Guide Michelin" della Pizza Romana, what a fantastic idea!

So, I found out the friend who I stayed with lives around the corner from Pizzarium - too funny! We got home late one night and re-read your post together, what a small world :)

Grazie for another great round-up Kathy!

Paolo - You're very welcome. I love apertivo hour in Italy, especially in the summer, and your post was very informative.

Christy - You're welcome. I've been to Taormina but didn't go to Castelmola. I will make sure to check this restaurant out on my next visit.

Paula - Actually, the straccetti e rucola is a Roman dish. It's really easy to make. I'll post a recipe soon.

Tuula - It is such a small world. Which topping(s) did you get at Pizzarium?
