I learned a lot of things about these Provençal treats that I didn't know! Counting the days until we see you next... for many more foodie adventures & lovely days together :)


Everything looks so very yummy and now my stomach is growling. I love tropeziennes; they're one of my favorite pastries and like one of my French friends says about them, "simple mais efficace!" Yes, those aren't very complicated or layered in flavors but are so good to eat. I've never had chocolate calissons but I think I might like those better than the standard ones, which I can take 'em or leave 'em. Aix-en-Provence is a colorful, lively place and underrated by the tourism industry but in a way, that's good because that means less people and more space for us! :D
